Michael and Alexandra of the Henry Team are fantastic.
They recently sold my home for over-asking, which in this current market is a difficult feat to accomplish. They came one evening to do a free assessment without the pushy-sales pitch, it felt like having a coffee with old friends. When I finally decided to list -within 24 hrs- they had photographers, sale sign, live listing on MLS, and an open house advertised for the weekend. They valued my home as if it was theirs and fought for every penny during offer negotiations. Deciding to sell my home was intense, emotional, and daunting and they could not have been more accommodating and kind throughout the process. !! We landed a beautiful house in our dream neighborhood (Little Italy) at ASKING price - how insane is that in this hot market, especially in downtown Toronto! They were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and guided us through each step of the way. We've seen around 30 houses and made 6 offers, not only were they patient but they were very honest about the houses and pointed out potential issues or red flags which we appreciated as first time home owners. Having a real-estate duo has so many benefits - for example, Mike showing us the houses while Alex drafting the paper-work in parallel if we found something we loved (again we were in the hottest Toronto market May-June 2021). Overall, it was a great experience and can't recommend them enough.

The transactions were seamless and worry free. Which we really needed as my husband and I both work full time, have two little ones and we’re looking to make a move during a pandemic! ...I really wanted to give a shout-out to The Henry Real Estate Team. We originally met this amazing couple at some of the Simcoe Landing garage sale community days and we sat down with them in the summer to discuss the market, and potentially selling our second property. Well it sold! And you know I have to give credit where credit is due. Alexandra Henry and Michael Henry have a LOT of patience, understanding and love for their job and their clients.
